Graduation gift

Hello,

Today I am sharing a graduation gift I made for my cousin Ryan who graduated from High School today.  We are so proud of him!  I found this idea on Pinterest.  I love Pinterest, you can get so many ideas there.  It's a pretty easy project. I added the hat to the mason jar.  I used some retired items from Stampin Up and items I had around the house.  I rolled up new one dollar bills like diplomas and they fit perfectly in the mason jar.

Mother's Day Card

Hello,

Well it took a while but I have my computer back.  Not sure how long it's going to last.  It's already acting up!   Anyways, today's post is a quick Mother's Day card I made from Stampin Up products. I used the Floral Framelits (4 out of the 5 sizes). I used Calypso Coral and Baja Breeze card stock (retiring colors) and some old DSP I still had.

Happy Mother's Day to all the amazing moms out there and to all the special mothers I know and love!

Stampin Up Flower pot card

Hello,

Sorry I have been MIA.  I still do not have a computer so my only connection to the internet is on Mini (my ipad).  Todays post will be short and sweet.  I feel so behind with posts and the opportunity to create great gifts/projects for Mothers Day. This flower pot card seen below is a really cute and simple card to make.  I found great tutorial videos on Youtube.  Just search for Stampin Up flower pot cards and a few videos will pop up.  Thank you to those talented demonstrators for sharing!

I followed the videos exact measurements.  I also changed the measurements of the pot (4" wide) on a card pictured below to hold a gift card.  With an adjustment to the pot size you could easily tape a gift card on the pull up card. I will blog about the exact measurements in a later post (once my computer is fixed).
