Stamping Up Halloween Treats Projects

Hello, I know it's been a very long time since I have posted but I am back and excited for Stampin Üp's  new Holiday Catalog. I had my first SU class this past Saturday in a long while. It was great seeing my friends and family members. We had a good time crafting some cute Halłoween Treats. We made 3 different treats that were super easy to make. I will list the SU supplies we used to make these cute treats below. I wanted to get back to basics and create easy treat holders that can be mass produced if needed. I think they turned out pretty nice. I was not able to take pictures of all my class mates projects but I did manage to take two. Everyone did a great job making their treat holders and of course added their own personal touches. I hope you like them!

The three Halloween Treat Holders:
Sour Cream Box ( inspired by Tami White's You Tube video tutorial)
Pumpkin French Fry Box ( inspired by other SU Demonstrators)
   Mini Treat Bag holder

Supplies used:

Sparkly Seasons stamp set
Spider Web Doilies
Black Glimmer Paper
Happy Haunting DSP
Boo to You Framelits Dies
Mini Treat Bag Thinlits
Elegant Dots folder

Happy Mother's Day!

Hello,

I hope everyone has a wonderful Mother's Day. I just wanted to share a quick post on a lipstick box I made for gift giving. When I saw that SVG Cuts offered this new file I knew I had to purchase it!  This box screams so many ladies I know, especially my sister Jeanette.  I actually made her the MAC box for her birthday. Nothing exciting went inside but I really don'think that mattered because she loved the box so much :)  The box does hold a gift card perfectly. I hope you like it and thanks for stopping by!

I used Stampin Up cardstock and other beautiful cardstock I purchased from Michaels.

Valentine SVG Cuts Cupcake

Hello everyone,

I am sharing another SVG Cuts project I have been working on.  It's a Cupcake gift/treat box. I purchased the svg file from SVG Cuts. It takes time to glue together but I think worth the work. I made several for Valentine's Day.  The very first cupcake box I ever made was for a co worker's birthday (pictured below). I LOVE these boxes!

I used Stampin Up and Recollections card stock. I hope you like them!

Valentine's Day Crafts

Hello,

I hope everyone is having a good weekend. I had to share some projects I have been working on. My new obsession is SVG files and SVG Cuts offers some amazing projects. The projects are pretty detailed and I must admit take a while to put together but I think completely worth it! What do you think?

The house is made with a variety of card stock from Stampin Up and Recollections. I altered the front door (see original door below on other box) to have a window so I could turn the box into a luminary. I placed a battery operated tea light inside.

This box is a pretty good size so its perfect for treats and/or gifts. Will share more SVG Cut projects later in the week. Thanks for stopping by!

Saturday Craft Day

Hello,

I wanted to share the projects we made in a class last Saturday. It was a small class but we still had fun making 4 projects. We used Stampin Up card stock and the new spiral flower die. We also used Recollections Valentine card stock. The heart box template was found here.  The cupcake template used for the card was a template I found on the web sometime back . I wish I could give credit to the original creator but I do not know who that is.  To that person many thanks for sharing!

Hot Chocolate Snowman jars

Hello,

I hope everyone had a great Christmas. I wanted to share some pictures of Christmas gifts I made for some family members. I have seen these Snowman jars on YouTube and Pinterest and knew I had to try them. I hand painted the faces and buttons. I used girls socks for the hat and scarf and typed up the "Snowman Soup" recipe tag. I used white puffy paint for the snowflakes.  You can fill the jars up with whatever you really want. I filled one snowman with taffy candy. They where a hit!

Have a very Merry Christmas

Hello,

As we all are rushing around to buy those last minute gifts, wrap all those gifts and spend time with our families, I hope we take the time to reflect on the true meaning of Christmas...the birth of our Savior Jesus Christ.  I hope you all have a wonderful Christmas with much love, family and great memories.  I will leave you tonight with two more Christmas projects I made this season.

Candle making was new for me this year.  I did a lot of research this past summer and watched a lot of "How to" videos.  I can tell you that it was not as easy as some would lead you to believe at least not for me.  But I was determined to start and complete my projects. Although they were not great sellers for me personally I was pretty happy on how they came out. What do you think? :)

Hope all of you are doing well!  Christmas is just next week and of course I am not prepared! :(
I wanted to share more Christmas projects I made this Christmas and Christmas' past. All items shown are handmade. I went a little cupcake crazy this year but I can't seem to get tired of creating cupcake gifts. I hope you enjoy them and hopefully inspires you to go a lil nuts for cupcakes :)

Frosty the snowman cupcake was made from a pattern I purchased from Kimberley Crafts on Etsy. Love her patterns!

Hand painted leopard pattern cupcake.

I made the mini gingerbread's from polymer clay.

The cupcake candle smells just like a cupcake!

Hand painted wine glasses to look like cupcakes!

Christmas handmade crafts

Hello,

I have been missing in action too long now, sorry for that.  It has been really busy at work and at home and I just haven't had the energy to blog or work on any Stampin Up projects.  Today however I would like to share some of the many Christmas craft projects I have made for the Christmas boutiques I participate in every year.  I hope you enjoy them!

Halloween Pumpkin Witch

Hello,

I know I haven't been active with posting Stampin Up projects but this is a very busy time of year for me.  I have been busy trying to prepare for up coming Christmas Boutiques.  I will share pictures in the near future.

Today I want to share something different. I entered into a pumpkin contest that the Building I work in hosts each year. I was lucky enough to be chosen as one of the five winners! Not bad for my first try 😊. I painted the face of my Glamor Witch pumpkin and dressed her all up. I had to use what I could at work so I didn't have to transport tons of stuff from home.  My clever coworkers suggested to use clay plant pots for the body. So we "borrowed" two from our plants in the department and used my witch costume to dress her up. Another coworker brought some great bling jewelry to add that special touch.

I am also including some other awesome pictures of pumpkins that were entered in the contest. People are sooo creative!
